I think you are overvalued these companies. There many small offshore development teams, and they are actively hiring developers too. They can’t compete with big companies in conditions of work, but they have ability to pay as much money as others. And I don’t think that all companies could lost their projects in the same day Therefor we would have some time to thinking and to leard something new (for example, how to bake bread, or drive taxi )
