Сижу и думаю. Нет чтобы сделать задачи по работе. Даже не знаю, что со мной. Мотивация самого себя как-то плохо работает. Кто-то знает какие пути существуют к самомотивации и улучшению своей производительности? Реально оценивая свои возможности, таски можно делать за одну треть времени. Но кто-то внутри говорит: “Зачем?”. Отвечаю сам себе, но ничего не меняется. Март проходит в какой-то неактивности и в работе, и в учебе, и в спорте, и в отдыхе. Остается только один вопрос: “Куда уходит время?”.

Today I have conversation with my co-worker. The subject was outsourcing. If you would analyze the Ukrainian market, you would find two big IT-companies, which are proposing many positions now. They are hiring developers from Kyiv and other cities of the Ukraine. Also, I have information about third company, which will open offshore departments in Ukraine in nearest days. Of course, all of them are proposing good salary.

Several months ago I have read interesting article “Dead souls from overseas”. Yakov Fain has written his article about “big” developer’s team for customer, but it contains only several people. I want to describe you other situation, which could happen in your life.
So, you are developer in offshore company. You learn a lot of new stuff and all is going well. One day you have met your project manager or team leader. You have a short conversation and he involved you in some large enterprise project. No interviews or tests required. There is just one thing – you will work with someone else’s name. You are the ghost. Who will win? You or your company?
